Do re mi

So after getting back from ALA, I’ve been in and out of the office a few times, but also happy to enjoy our staycation, while also enjoying fun stuff like…

♥ … this video of a recently retired teacher who wore the same outfit in yearbook photos for 40 years. LOVE.

♥ … and although I’m a bit late with this one, it’s still cool to speak like a Founding Father. Why do we no longer use the word alphabeted? It’s so economical!

♥ … and yes, my eyes lit up upon reading that the Von Trapp drapery costumes from The Sound of Music are up for auction. “Do, re, mi, fa, so, la, ti…” 😀

♥ … and finally, this awesome collection of book titles with one letter missing. I canNOT pick a favorite — they’re all so funny! Although I did breathe a sigh of relief at the cover for the first Nancy Drew mystery, The Secret of the Old Clock… which they changed to The Secret of the Old Cock. Obviously, you will have to check it out now.
